- Please apply a valid Redemption Code and correct particulars for your redemption.
- AIRSIM Prepaid SIM shall be delivered to address in Singapore only. We shall not be responsible for the lost of AIRSIM due to the inaccurate or incomplete mailing address provided.
- The delivery takes about 5 working days. You can request self-pick up (by appointment only) .

- Upon receiving the AIRSIM SIM card, please download and register the SIM card to the AIRSIM App and AIRTALK App before the expiry date stated in order to receive the free SGD20 credit in your AIRSIM account.
- The AIRSIM account has 1 year validity after first registration in AIRSIM App. The expiry date will be extended 1 year automatically from the date of every purchase of a data package or top-up.
- Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with AIRSIM.
- Shinetown Telecom (S) Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for any loss or voided Redemption Code.
- Redemption Code can be used once only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
