Getting tired of looking for local SIM? Troublesome in switching SIM card every time you travel? Let us show you some tips about using AIRSIM to save all the hassle and worry...

• Upon arrival of your destination, insert your AIRSIM into the mobile phone and wait for 3 minutes, AIRSIM will transform itself  into a local SIM.
• During these few minutes, the signal bar will change from having signal to no signal. Once the changes stopped, and a local mobile operator name and shown with LTE or 3G icon, you can try using the data service.
• If you cannot use the data service or access the network, please restart the mobile phone, and switch ON/OFF flight mode once. AIRSIM will search for local network and transform itself again. Please double to make sure the APN setting is correct.
• For Dual SIM handset users, please insert AIRSIM into SIM Slot 1 and switch the data service to SIM 1.
• The signal near the border area of countries is complicated due to random roaming to other country. You are recommended to use AIRSIM only after further into a cuntry.
• AIRSIM is reusable. You can purchase data service via our AIRSIM ROAM App  with the same SIM card before your next trip.
• All purchased data plans can be utilized 14 days before the selected effective date and within 30 days from the date.
• Except for 24/48 Hours Data Plan, the daily data usage time is calculated from Singapore Time (GMT+8) 00:00:00 to 23:59:59. There is no pro-rated calculation regardless of the activation time of data service. 24/48 Hours Data Plan is a continuous 24/48-hour session starting from service activation time.
• AIRSIM works on unlocked mobile phones or tablets such as iPAD only, but not compatible with pocket WiFi device or router(MiFi). You can use data sharing (Tethering) on your mobile phone or tablet if applicable.
• Most oversea mobile operators have Fair Usage Policy (FUP). You are recommended to disable the software auto-update function, and use free WiFi for activities that required high data usage.
• You need to turn on data roaming function of your mobile phone in order to use AIRSIM at your destination. There is no roaming charge involved. But whenever you remove the AIRSIM or switch to other SIM card, please remember to turn off data roaming function of your mobile phone in order to avoid unnecessary roaming charges.
• AIRSIM supports data service only at this moment. It does not support voice call and SMS.
• AIRSIM will be expired if not used for 1 year. Any purchase of data package will extend the validity for another year.
• AIRSIM can only be used in overseas country. You can not use it in Singapore.
