If you purchase AIRSIM online for the first time, we will send the SIM card using SingPost normal mail by default within 5 working days. You may however at check out, select self-collection from our office or SingPost SmartPac. AIRSIM shall not be responsible for loss in mail should the SIM Card is not received when mailing using SingPost normal mail service.
You can purchase the data package from Mobile App AIRSIM ROAM or our website. Simply select the destination, effective date, duration, and then pay by credit cards. Purchase through Mobile App AIRSIM ROAM will take effect immediately but through website will take up to one working day.
Once you arrive at the destination, the data package will be effective immediately. If you cannot find the corresponding data package days that fits your travel period, we suggest you to select a data package with longer period. So that your user experience will not be affected by the time difference of different countries. Bank admin fee may apply if payment is by debit card.

The selling price of AIRSIM is exclusive of tax (if applicable). Orders shipped outside of Singapore may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery.
We may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.
